- Employers and clients: company name, contact name, business email, contact details and vacancy details.

- To assess candidate suitability for roles and to introduce candidates to employers.
- To provide recruitment and business support services requested by clients.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms.

Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (providing recruitment services), consent (where you submit a CV or enquiry), contract (where we are engaged to provide services) and legal obligation where applicable.

We retain candidate information for as long as necessary to provide recruitment services, and normally no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to keep your details on file. Client records are retained in line with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
